The second short-term Staff training C2 for Glocal project’s teachers in Madrid on 21-25.06.2021

The second short-term Staff training C2 for Glocal project’s teachers in Madrid was organised on 21-25.06.2021 (UPM-ETSEM, Avda. Juan de Herrera 6).

15 people participated it (Białystok University of Technology – 4 people, Klaipedos Valstybine Kolegija – 4 people and Universidad Politecnica de Madrid – 7 people). During the training, participants increased and expanded their knowledge and skills in the teaching of technical subjects in English.
Training was conducted by a team of UPM lecturers under the direction of prof. Trinidad Fernadez Perez.
In addition, the participants of the training met with the authorities and academic staff of Eskuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura and Eskuela Tecnica Superior de Edification (UPM), visited specialist studios and laboratories where GLOCAL summer school classes are planned. The intensive training schedule was accompanied by an attractive additional program, i.e. visiting Madrid and Segovia, learning about Spanish history, tradition and culture, as well as private meetings aimed at strengthening interpersonal and scientific contacts between the participants of the training.
